Exactly what I was looking for.

Thank you! Glad you are enjoying Pigeon.

Loses notes

I was hoping that this app would be a perfect replacement for my previous one which went out of business. However, coming to realize that the way that this thing handles issues is completely unacceptable. All of the following situations will result in you not receiving a note in your inbox, and they’re being no record of the note you took: if you hit send and browse to another app before they confirmed message popped up at the top, gone! If there is a Wi-Fi or cellular issue, gone! If you start a note and haven’t completed it yet and browse to another app, gone! All of these result in lost data

Keep losing valuable notes as a result

Thank you for flagging this! Should be fixed in the next day :)

Good, but missing key feature!

Good replacement for Captio, but missing the feature where if you’re offline, the messages are stored until they can be sent later. This one just says “there’s a problem!” and doesn’t do anything with the message. Would be great if it could store and send when I’m back online and I open the app. Then I could store up ideas while I’m offline and be sure that I’ll get them later.

(Also, super super minor, but would be great if line breaks in the subject line weren’t just removed, and instead treated like a space, or even just like the end of the subject)

Offline mode has been added! Hopefully you can give it a try 😃

Free but trial only

Do not get fooled , the free version on iosnoops or other similar site is a 30 messages trial . Deleted as quicky as installed.

Nice little app

Works great, simple and effective. I gave it 4 stars since it includes content drek like headers etc. in emails sent via Share extension.

Response from developer

Oh no! I’m sorry about this. Has it just recently stopped working? I’ll look into this! Feel free to email me at pigeon@ritchiemason.com and I can try to fix this for you.

Great note taking app

Use it for reminders and notes. Requested a feature and the developers added it in record time. Thanks all.

Perfect Capture Utility

Fans of “Getting Things Done” will love the concision and simplicity. It’s my go-to capture device for all workflows.

Amazing App and Awesome Support!

Finally there is an easy way to email myself reminders, websites to visit, podcasts show notes links, and videos I should watch. This is so much faster than using the mail app, it usually just takes a total of two taps and the email is sent (share button, then Pigeon). I just tested the Apple Watch app and it’s pretty awesome, just tap the icon, then tap record note, start talking and then tap the screen when you are done. It then sends the transcription to your email! So far it has worked amazingly well and the support has been top notch! Love it!

Settings

Love it! Very simple and does what it was designed. However, I can not find the setting to turn on/off night mode. Small issue but needs to be addressed. Other... This app would be extra fantastic if it was compatible with Apple Watch - oh man that would be a hit. Either of these two things address then this is a five star app!

Thank you! Apple Watch support is in the works. Edit: And it’s live now! Hope you get a chance to check it out.
