Horrible
The latest version of this app has wiped off all my magazine subscription. I have emailed the support team to no avail. Very slow reply and not helpful at all. My one year of magazine subscription hangs in the air, unable to be retrieved. I had to rate this app 1/5 stars even though it's more like zero stars!

how to unsubscribe? easy to subscribed but increadibly waayyyyyyy hard to unsubscribed the magazine... i dont want to buy this magazine for infinity.
Please update your maximum users per email
I reset my iPhone 5 and iPad mini, now only in my iPhone 5s have this eKarya and eMall. Problem is when I want to login my email on eKarya and eMall they said maximum numbers of machines reached for this account. You didn't reset the old UUID? Now I only can read them on my iPhone 5s. Please revise your maximum users per email!

I bought some magazine and books after factory setting my iPad I can't even restored back my old purchase .How come?I haven't even finish reading my book yet ...sooooo frustrated .PLS FIX THIS...

All the magazine I has purchased vanished. Don't why?.....
Prob with the issue downloaded
It's a good app but i'm very disappointed now we cannot buy one issue anymore. I have to buy my fav magazine in 4 issues now and what makes me more disappointed is i can't choose which issue that i want. They just automatically download the latest issue when i actually want previous one.
