Dinosaur of an app

This app is truly a dinosaur. I have been unable to utilize any of the features that are listed in the app, such as the ability to lock my card, the ability to make easy payments, the ability to create a virtual card. Hell, I couldn’t even activate my card on the app when it arrived. I am new to embark, but with all of these quirks, I’m not sure how Long I’m gonna be a card member. I really hope they get this app together. I’ll update you guys in a few months.

App doesn’t even work

I just got the card and there’s something wrong with the code on the app because it shows these errors. Needless to say I will be cancelling my card.

Broken

I’m assuming I’ll have to manage my new card online as this app of not working. I keep getting an error message. I think you all need a new app. Browser management is very inconvenient.

With all the options for credit cards available to you, there is no reason why you should pick this one. Read all the negative reviews they are not lying.
Pick a different card!!

App does not work at all! Can not sign in, will not open. Keep getting error codes.

App is useless

I have never been able to make a payment through this app. I have struggled to use this app and login because it claims my account doesn’t exist. I can only make payments through my laptop, so this app is essentially useless for me. I have tried several times to get this app to work with help from customer service, but this seems to be an ongoing issue for many users.

Can’t login

Haven’t been able to login to the app and just get some basic error message. Try to login through the website and that is unsuccessful as well. Can’t monitor my account or make payments. Very inconvenient and frustrating. I have reached out to customer service by email twice since November 30 and it is now December 11. No response from customer service at all. This is the most horrible unprofessional card/business I have ever worked with.

Unable to sign in for months

I have to pay by phone for the second month in a row. The app worked fine at first, which I guess was after the most recent update 4 months ago. My password is saved so it’s definitely not an issue there. I just get the same error message every time. I tried removing and reinstalling the app also. It says it should be compatible with my phone.

Doesn't work

This app doesn't work. I've tried many times and it hasn't for a while. Why they don't fix it is beyond me. Having to call customer service to get an agent or having to punch in 16 digits is a pain with an automated system.

App doesn’t work

I created an account entered all info needed and when I try to log in it says User name not found. I reset it a couple times and still no good. Total waste of time, I’ll have to pay my bill over the phone I guess.

App is broken does not work

This has been going on for months and I’ve already spoken with their customer service- they seem to have no interest in fixing it, indeed they seem to be relishing, so it’s almost impossible to make a easy payment. When you have to go through these hoops to speak to an agent; when you get the agent and tell them that there is an issue, nothing is done. Can’t wait to transfer this balance and be done with Embark. I do not recommend this credit card or service unless you enjoy spending two hours every month trying to make your payment. They do not seem ethical.
