Cannot even start
It opens to a page saying checking for content updates and then gets stuck there forever. No matter how many times you restart it or how long you wait. I never wrote reviews but this one really stood out and I have to comment on it.
app doesn’t work
Like others I downloaded the app but it never moves past a mostly black screen.
No reason for a reason
Just another attempt to get a better understanding. It’s proven that either something wrong with the is or not capable to retrieve enough data’s to force it’s way.
Anyhow, no reason not to be able to use Java. What a mess just more time exhausting have to get the chi so……more yen?

Decent hotel, lousy app
Hotels are pretty nice, but they obviously do not care about the app. Over a year and no updates?
App doesn’t work
I downloaded the app and opened it. It opens to a blank screen. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and still the app will not load.
Crap - Does Not Open
Waste of time trying to get this app to work. Don’t need the hassle while traveling. Will stick with BonVoy I guess.

I used to love this app.. but now I can’t get it to work. I just says looking for Content Updates and does nothing.
Not a good app
While downloading it’s stuck on one specific page .. Everytime I get out the app or refresh it .. it’s still on that same page saying it’s looking for an update .. needs fixing
Don’t bother
This app is trash. Like everyone else’s review, it just opens to a black screen and that’s about as far as you get. You would think being part of the Hilton brand that they could afford a decent dev team.

App opens to a black screen with a logo for You View then freezes. It never connects to Hilton.

Total garbage
The app hangs on a “Checking for Content Update” screen from which it never recovers. I’ve tried to delete and reinstall the app several times but it does not remedy the issue. Why don’t these developers test their apps before releasing them?

i have downloaded the Embassy Suite app and it doesn’t open. It opens to a black background. It deleted it and tried downloading it again to see if it would get fixed. It didn’t. I deleted it completely. i know go online to the embassy suites to book. It was too frustrating with the app. Don’t download it!!
