LOSE AWAY
I put a decent amount of money in… played multiple games with the “free” tokens that comes with a real purchase. Went good. Then used real money. Not good. I don’t expect much from these…. But it becomes very obvious how this is organized. I doubled on a black jack hand and won. Lost the next 20+ hands. That was the trend for the rest of my money. Hit decent then free fall. If you like to lose money… then eat do that here!

week ago sent an email to help/support dep.- still no answer (ticket in progress)
On January you stop to support iOS 15 so I was unable to enter app. And you did NOT sent any sms nor email before it fx. says: “dear customer, soon we will suspend on iOS 15 so please withdraw all your sats or buy a new Iphone” ! Tried on your web- worked but until today still unable to withdraw, it says: “withdraw option in development” . About month ago you cancelled all my earned Sats just because I was not active for 60 days! Ember Team: what I suppose to do when unable to withdraw all I earned since 2023 ?! You should KEEP in no matter what! Login every day and see the same label: “withdraw options still in development” ?!?
And today you suspended earning in my account: “your account was flagged for bot activity”. Im NOT using bots!
Ember Team,- you should improve your services/app
and:
apologize
return back all my earned Sats
undo flagged my account since Im not using bots!
