I love using apps to order without having to go to the bar. This one runs smoothly and I’m able to apply discount codes. The biggest improvement would be the ability to be able to pay with a gift card.
Awful Sunday roast
don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this Sunday roast was genuinely one of the worst meals I’ve ever had.
It arrived with no gravy whatsoever, which is pretty unforgivable for a roast. The vegetables were completely dried out, tasteless, and seemed as though they’d been reheated several times. The Yorkshire pudding was rock hard and stale, not fresh in the slightest. The meat was cheap, tough meat rather than proper roast meat, and the potatoes were so hard they were almost inedible. The cauliflower cheese was watery liquid which had curdled.
There wasn’t a single bit of flavour in the entire meal. It was dry, bland, and felt like something that had been sitting around for hours before being sent out.
To make matters worse, when I raised the issue, the staff couldn’t have cared less. There was no attempt to put things right, and a complete lack of customer service.
For the price charged, this was completely unacceptable. I certainly won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent Sunday roast.

Earned my free drink via scanning my rewards card only to loose it when trying to use it bar tender said it wasn’t useable on the drink I had ordered so the next time I went to the bar I ordered the drink that was redeemable only to find the reward had disappeared from my app

Exceptional service
We’ve visited for lunch for the past three Saturdays and have had a consistently great experience each time. The service has been excellent, especially from a young man working behind the bar (apologies, we didn’t catch his name). He is a real credit to your team—always greeting us with a smile and being very attentive to all customers.
The food has been spot on every visit—served hot and clearly prepared with care. It’s refreshing to see such consistency in both service and quality. We’ll definitely be back.

This app is full of bugs and the app description reads like a scam email. “We've made some bug fixes that were Account features to not display correctly for some users and also some users to encounter errors when attempting to login.”
And now we have this. How are customers supposed to decipher this? “ App Wallet improvements Displaying vouchers as independent cards in wallet if multiple present with the same campaign id, and Triggering wallet refresh when Home or Wallet screens are navigated to.
Fixing bug related to Redirection issue related to Skip CTA in a blank window appears after Logging out on Android.

Stamps keep disappearing. Customer support non existent. Order history rarely populates. Awful.

Had limited drinks and food compared to what in the menu, ending up in the office just going to to bar and ordering
