Update Ruined It
Took away Keno and Board Games. Slots are fun but the option to play other games as well, is the only reason this app use to be better than others.
Update was horrible
It’s not even the same game anymore, keno games are gone, even all five of my favorite slot machine games are gone too. I don’t know why they did this, but the only thing they respond to you for other people complaining is just to contact their support team, which is pointless
Scam App! Bait and Switch
After playing this a few times a day , every day for years, they removed All the poker games and tournaments. Look elsewhere for poker
Sorry, but you lost a customer
The latest update was the last straw. I hate the design, the removal of many of my favorite games and the overall feel of the new reengineered site (especially the default vertical look). It’s hard to hold an ipad that direction for long. Makes me sad to say goodbye, but goodbye.

Complete downgrade
I used to love this app because it stayed closer to realism. No trillion dollar spins, no redundant jackpots, etc. The recent update removed table games, keno and even the lottery scratchers to become just another slots app. Couple that with an interface that requires endless scrolling without the “Favorites” tab from before and you have a really disappointing step backwards.

This app is horrible. It’s just as bad as the card room that it’s runs in orange city!!! Both in person or app you can’t it any bonuses. If you want to be frustrated while wasting time then down load but me I ran out my chips and will be deleting this app. I’m done with the card room as well. If I want to lose money I’ll just go to Hard Rock.
