My favorite Hidden Object game ever!
I have owned this game for several years and played it many times because I haven’t been able to find newer games I like as much as Emberwing and the other Boomzap fantasy games—the Otherworld and Awakening series games. Emberwing is my favorite of these, and I wish Boomzap would do a sequel to this game. My only complaint about Emberwing is that no matter how many times I play it, I can only find 49/50 of the hidden “collectibles” in the game, and that is with diligent scrutinizing in every scene. I wonder if somebody at Boomzap miscounted the collectibles, or if the game is faulty in some way. Whichever it is, please fix it. It drives me crazy every time. Again, Boomzap, please do a sequel of this game! And release remastered versions of all the Awakening and Otherworld games for iPad!

Long decent quality
The game said I played for 30 hours! That’s a lot of game play for $6.99. Of course if you download it and pay later it’s only $2.99. Search for Emberwing on the App Store as there are two versions of the same game. Graphics are great but it’s tough to get around - I find myself hitting the hint button all the time for the first half of the game. It’s a bit tiresome as I can’t see how this game plot worked for the first half of the game. The second half was better. You have a kid and a dragon helping you at the end, which was very fun, especially to see how the pet dragon is used. Not too much magic, although the potions and the altars are a bit much. Most of the dragons and elves are good looking and well drawn. You get your money’s worth for game play for sure!

WONDERFUL...Emberwing
There isn’t enough I can say about this game. Super long well done so worth the money spent. I hope so much for a second one.. I never ever review. But this one warranted it. A couple of issue ..hard at times to get the items to click in.. so I got confused, the hints aren’t always the greatest .. however it made me think things through. A very enjoyable game. Well done!!!

Good long game, interesting plot, challenging puzzles. No extras which is disappointing so can’t complete skipped games or find missed collectables.
Great game but there’s several glitches.
Great game, good puzzles however I reached a certain part (where you collect the mirror shards) & collected all but one & couldn’t find the last. I discovered it was outside the room beside the door but I couldn’t get there as I kept going into the room.

Excellent game
During the lockdown I have relied on games such as this very entertaining stimulates the mind makes it all worthwhile as a ageing pensioner I find it helps my brain very good graphics mine teasers to find the right clue sometimes is very hard makes you look for it thank you
Excellent value
A very good little game. Nothing too challenging. However a very good length unlike some other games out there. Very good value for money, especially when purchased during the sale.

Clever
Finally a less predictable game. Challenging (played at the more difficult setting) and original. It even made me laugh a time or two. I recommend.
I would rate it higher
except that it is difficult to place items correctly. For example using the screwdriver was tedious as I had to try to get it in the exact right spot relative to the active site for it to work. Some of these types of games allow one to click the inventory item then click the spot where you want to use/place an item rather than drag them across the screen. That always works. I almost quit this game but persevered in spite of the difficulties.

Hidden object, Really?
Only one hidden object so far. That’s why I get these games. Glad I didn’t pay full price. Well see if the rest of the game gets better. If it does, I’ll consider upping my stars.
Ember wing
Game is frozen in dragon warming seen by the lake. I’m unable to pick up handle for knife. No support in the game.
Great story line
Fun game to play. The story line was awesome, but there seemed to be So many delays. It seemed as though you had to put the item from your stock in a certain area of the object which after a handful of times finally worked but was very finicky. Not one of the best games I have played

Best game I’ve ever played
I think I have played about ALL the games big fish has to offer. This was by far the best game I’ve ever played. Graphics are stunning and so well done. Music not annoying. Storyline very interesting and quite a long game. Even the puzzles were much more interesting than I’ve ever played. Great job Boom Zap! I want more! The only downfall I would say maybe bc its an older game sometimes you’d have to find just the right spot on an object to make it interact which can be frustrating. But worth every penny.
