Spotty - Not a Good Alternative
App crashes all the time and has been that way since Covid hit and were forced to use this app so our calls could be tracked. I hardly ever use it because when I do, it crashes so much that I’d rather tell my boss that I’m just not going to use the app so my calls can be viewed.
