I purchased the ebook for the book mentioned in the title but was disappointed that I cannot access the book on my laptop.
There is no MacOS version for the app which means I can only read it on my iPhone which isn’t practical.
Can this issue please be resolved!

Phishy Scam
Highly regret purchasing a PDF ebook from Emerald Publishing website. You are required to use this app to read it. Both the app on my MacOs and Apple device will not open my textbook. I am getting error codes that do not exist on Google. Customer service is unresponsive. No way to request a refund despite just purchasing today. PHISHY SCAM!
