Cool app. Requires activation code from organization.
Really cool app. I received this app via my church’s activation code. They also have a paid version for people not part of organizations.
Won't let me sign up with an access code
And doesn't tell you how to get one.

Hi! As stated in the App Store description, this application requires an activation code from a government entity. If you do not have an activation code, you may purchase a subscription by downloading eMERGE 911 in the App Store. Thank you for your feedback.
