When I first started playing this game it was a ton of fun although there are ads if you want to go back to the hospital like it shows you how many patients you’ve saved when you first started playing

Speed bumps
You go up side down every time you go over a speed bump please fix it and also fix the cars because they swerve in front of you and slow you down and some bug fixes but the rest is brilliant also make a mounting rescue game that would work well and it will be fun 😍😍

You have to add more sirens more sirens and new motion in motions in the head lights and make the paramedic have the ability to move from the ambelance to take in the injured person this will make make the game insane
