What a scam!!!!
A hidden cost of $10, what a joke.... this app is a complete scam and this app is garbage because no one wants to pay any fees and I would stay away from this app.
Reason user fear
This is used by ECD member person ? Not user very hard to use this if you say member use not public use ( adding to iPad) unable to use due the reason ecd member input in input of the app ( 0 rate )

Could not open this app. I should have read all the reviews first. Thought this was a good app by looking and reading what the was supposed to do. I opened the app and was asked to put my user name and password in. Read the reviews first on this app.

Great app, easy to enter your medical information and a valuable service to have in case of emergency so first responders can quickly find your medical information and doctor.
How do you get into this app to start it?
The first thing that popped up was the log in page with no way to get into the app to fill it out! Doesn't do me much good if I cannot get into it! Only gave one star as I could not leave with none marked?

Would give zero stars what the hell is ecd????? Why is it only for them why does it not state what the hell ecd is uninstall!!! This is wrong

I downloaded this app and then when I opened it; I was on a screen asking for a user name and password. Didn't have one so I couldn't go any further. I uninstalled the app.
Doesn't Work
Only get blank screen and can't enter anything. Useless.

cannot log in because it does not give an option to register so everything you use says incorrect log in???? really??? I will be deleting this app glad it was free because I would be upset to have to pay for NOTHING!!!!
Great idea but non-stable on the iOS6
Crashes to the point of driving the user insane. Really good idea, needs a lot of work as of now though. :-(
