Emergency head quarters fire fighters game
I have played this game for a few years now and loved it, then an update was done 4 days ago and I can not get into it tried all the usual things to get it to work but no so have now deleted it which is a shame as it’s a good game and was one of my favorites
Won’t load after update
After latest update I cannot open the game anymore. Literally unplayable.
Upgrade Crashes
I performed the upgrade and now the game crashes every time I try to play. It won’t even open the game. I redownloaded the game with no luck. It’s unfortunate I spent money on a game I can’t even play now.

Update made things worse
You guys did an update today to fix a bug. But seems like you made things worse. Had game freeze on me twice. Causing me to lose rewards I used for 2 missions.

Been playing this game for more than 7 years and I love the updates on it. Glad to see the developers really care for the game and those of us who play it!

i honestly love this game, but the pay to play is ridiculous! i can’t play half the missions that pop up because i refuse to pay $20 to get 1 riot control unit, and the missions to be able to unlock it with paying is almost unobtainable. Do better! i would have gave it 5 stars other than that!
Absolutely brilliant
I have played this game for months now and have developed my teams very well. I love everything about it and will never get tired of its continuing evolution. Training, new kit, vehicles, missions, dynamic scenarios - you name it, it’s all in here!
Update fail
Recent update causes loading issues as well as constant crashes. Don’t waste your time.
The best moible game on my phone
I remember downloading the game to see if it was what it said and to this day I still love playing it's not got ads every 2 seconds you can watch to replace a mission or get rewards

Was great until the update today, taking ages to connect to the server and keeps crashing, gameplay now super slow as well, really lagging.

Today’s upgrade is bad, it’s taking 3+ minutes to load one mission, it’s very slow after the upgrade

I’m experiencing a serious issue with EMERGENCY HQ on my iPhone 12 Pro Max.
The game was working normally before, but after the latest update it started crashing immediately after I open it. The game begins to load, then closes by itself within a few seconds.
I have already updated the game to the latest available version, restarted my iPhone, and tried opening the game again, but the issue is still happening.
My device:
● iPhone 12 Pro Max
● iOS 17.1
● Latest version of EMERGENCY HQ
Could you please investigate this issue? I would also like to know if you are aware of this problem and whether a fix will be included in an upcoming update.

AI generated images
before back in 2020 or 2021 I used to play this game a lot because there wasn’t too much AI generation including the emergency series but this one particular game in the series has grown into an AI game, Take the new riot police depot building, its personnel in the showcase picture is ai. While the vehicle isn’t AI but the personnel inside of the riot police depot. please stop with AI, it probably ruins the half of the game OR 20% of it. overall it’s a good game but the AI needs to stop in EMHQ

数日前から遊んでいますが、たびたび広告から抜け出せなくなる時があります。
ゲーム内容的には面白く次は何かなって期待もありますが、広告を見る機会もかなり多いです。
強制CMとかは無く任意なので自分のタイミングで見れるのですが、広告から抜け出せなくなり、報酬も欲しかったアイテムも手に入らず…改善してください。

Art style
Best mobile game. Emergency docs can prep patients for transport, and we can see the progress bar. It would be cool if firefighters could also help, but can only prevent the bar from decreasing, until Emergency Medical Services can get to the person. One other thing you can change is that multiple Emergency Doctors can heal one patient at once, because if one patient is left at a scene and there are multiple docs, it is annoying to wait for one doc to prep the patient. Also, your art style is amazing. Don’t loose it! :D
