Just like working for an emergency service. The game is so much like reality.
Art style
Best mobile game. Emergency docs can prep patients for transport, and we can see the progress bar. It would be cool if firefighters could also help, but can only prevent the bar from decreasing, until Emergency Medical Services can get to the person. One other thing you can change is that multiple Emergency Doctors can heal one patient at once, because if one patient is left at a scene and there are multiple docs, it is annoying to wait for one doc to prep the patient. Also, your art style is amazing. Don’t loose it! :D

So I love the game so much one of my favorite games on my phone, but can you please add new hazmat missions or just new missions in general but otherwise it is one of my favorite games. Continue doing the good work.
Crashes when I want to launch it
Crashing a lot when I want to launch it to play it can you please fix it
Good game
I enjoyed playing, it was challenging but not to hard. I have not played for a while, did the update but now it won’t play, can’t get past the first loading screen that shows the white developer logo, would be a 4 or 5 star, hope this gets fixed soon.
Money
The game is good, but you can only play normally up to Level 5. After that, the game really requires you to spend money if you want to keep progressing.
Upgrades cost between 500,000 and 1,000,000, while missions only give you around 1,000–10,000.
The game becomes completely focused on making you spend money. Not worth downloading unless you’re willing to pay.

BEST GAME EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m 13 right now, and i’ve been a huge fan of Ralph Stock’s emergency series for YEARS. I’ve been playing EMHQ specifically for 4 years, since I was 9. I love this game and i love emergency vehicles! my dad was a SWAT officer and detective aswell, so i guess it’s in my blood as my dream is to be SWAT. I live breath and dream rescue, i always want to help people, and i even have an emergency vehicle diecast collection! I always love these types of games, and this one has a very special place in my heart. I hope that everybody who works for sixteen tons entertainment is successful and happy and I hope i’ll be able to work there one day.

Great game, crashes make it unplayable
Was my favorite game until an update a few months ago that just makes the game crash. Dev keep saying it’s an issue with older devices, but this iPad is only a year old and still sucks to have a game I spent money on stop working with no fixes and seemingly no attempts to fix it. I’m glad they’re expanding the game but sucks I’d need to buy a new device just to play it, especially when I’ve spent money on it already, hoping for a fix but losing faith it’ll happen.

Fraud
Paid for the new unit release, only to discover that there are no missions / challenges for the new unit. Skipped through over one hundred missions and not a single one came up. Phenomenally deceptive & dishonest behaviour.
Love this game…but
I have been playing this game for many years and love it, but the last 6 or so months it continually crashes and it’s soooo frustrating !!! I have done all the things suggested, still crashes, don’t know what you did, but please undo it.
재미있지만 아쉬움
어느정도 하면 돈주고 맵도 확장해야되고...장비도 돈주고 사야되서 아쉬움....기본적으로 맵이랑 장비는 레벨업되면 할수 있게 해야지 돈주고 사야지 된다니...이런 게임은 처음봄 하다가 성능딸려서 현질 욕구를 주게하는게 맞지 현질안하면 그 장비 필요한 상황은 계속 뜨는데 하지도 못함 수정바람
