You can’t see the screen on iPad mini 4

The whole screen goes black and the app appears in a small rectangle that it appears that you can’t change the size of. Also I don’t know or think it’ll work on iPad because the screenshots on the App Store makes it look like it tries calling through FaceTime or tries to make an iPhone call. Apps that work for calling on iPad place calls through the app interface on the app screen itself. Apps that try running the call through FaceTime are.usually blocked
