File upload glitch

I am using the latest update of this app on iPhone 8 and iOS 15.4 but I am unable to upload pictures or pdfs. This is especially crucial because I need to upload my vaccine certificate and travel ticket and SEV in pre-entry checklist.

When I tap on browse the app goes to a white page and nothing can be done other than closing the app.

Percentage issue

The percentage issue isn't fixed. whenever I check my status using the app it shows its in 0% but in EMGS website it shows 35% please fix the percentage
