Worst app ever
I never leave reviews but this app is so especially horrible it warranted me to take the time to figure out how to leave a review. I wish I could leave a negative stat because of how absolutely horrible it is. Good luck finding anything you need from here. I would rather scrape a cheese grader on my forehead than try to navigate this horrible app any longer.

Can’t even access my id card which is pretty important when attending appointments.

Im sick of not being able to access my Id card im about over paying for this dental plan if I cant even access the damn card to use it

Don’t waste your time. Slow to load, doesn’t work.
Useless!
We didn’t receive our dental insurance cards in the mail so I tried to use the app to view them or request new ones somehow and every time I would click to view the cards it would just load and then return to the main page. Useless.
Barely functional app
This is a barely functional app. The dashboard has a button for displaying the ID Card. Touching it does nothing. Same for displaying the plan document. Their customer support personnel won’t provide any plan details either.

This app and insurance is trash and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GETTING THIS APP OR INSURANCE, Was trying to get a tela doc but the app wouldn’t load and tried to get insurance but app wasn’t loading I coulda been dying and app would not have a cared . TRASH APP
Absolutely useless.
The App barely works. I need it for my insurance ID and it can’t even bring it up. Useless. If I could rate this zero stars I would.

This app doesn’t work, and it’s baffling to me that it hasn’t been fixed after years of reviews complaining about the same issues.
First, the main dashboard screen (“My EMI Health”) takes ages to load. Then, as many have mentioned, tapping “ID CARD” only flashes the loading screen before kicking you back to the dashboard screen. Likewise when trying to view your plan documents.
They push this app really hard on the website, and offer no other way to view a digital version of your ID card. Yet the app doesn’t work, and hasn’t worked for years.

App sucks
Trying to get my digital card but it will take me to the main page and I had to call them to send me the digital card because this app won’t let me.
Utterly Broken
The only feature that works is changing your name and email address. Everything else is broken.

Pretty useless
Like others, still can’t get the ID card. I suspect they’ve disbanded the developer teams they should just pull the app.
