About
Stop guessing what sets off your migraines.
EmicraniaLog turns scattered memories into a clear record your
neurologist can actually use.
RECORD IN ONE TAP
When an attack hits, you don't fill in forms. One tap from the
home-screen widget — or ask Siri — and the attack is logged. You
say when it ended once you feel better.
WHAT IT TRACKS
· Pain intensity, duration, side and location
· Nausea, photophobia, phonophobia, aura, vomiting
· Acute medications and how well they worked
· Sleep, stress, mood and menstrual cycle
· Weather: pressure, humidity, temperature
FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
Export a PDF report with migraine days and medication days month by
month, your preventive treatment and the MIDAS questionnaire — the
same one headache centres use. Filling it in before the visit saves
time for both of you.
AI ANALYSIS (PRO)
The AI reads your own records and points out the patterns you can't
see: which foods precede an attack, how sleep and pressure affect
you, which days are worst.
PRIVACY
Your data stays on your device. AI analysis is processed through a
dedicated secure proxy. We never sell your data.
EmicraniaLog is a personal tracking tool. It does not diagnose and
does not replace medical advice.

What's New in EmicraniaLog
1.6
August 25, 2026
EmicraniaLog now speaks English, including the doctor's report. You can log an attack from the home-screen widget without opening the app, and set the real end time afterwards instead of the moment you happened to remember. Dates, temperature and pressure now follow your region: °F and inHg in the United States, °C and hPa elsewhere.
