In each fleet it asks for an authorization amount for security reasons. (especially for you). if you don't press for an amount to be transferred to your profile (your case), then the difference between the usage and the authorization amount is automatically reversed!! You should have known this yourself because you made 2 trips and the second time since you had credit in your profile, it was done from the balance you had added and the authorization amount went back in its entirety!! so we don't see the reason for you to tell such a lie.!!! Surely someone understands how serious your criticism is, from the also false information that a 15-year-old child answered you. Apart from this being another attempt at malicious criticism, we have to tell you that the partner who tried to help you is an experienced and serious professional! Where did they even see that you pressed the like button on both rides, this is even more tragic. HEALTH AND PEACE ONLY !!! :)

Σου παιρνει αρχικα 10 ευρω κατα την πρωτη χρηση απο την συνδεδεμενη καρτα.
Όταν τελειώσει η διαδρομή ότι υπόλοιπο έχει απομείνει από το 10 € μένει στο wallet σαν υπόλοιπο κ σεν επιστρέφετε.
Στην επόμενη χρήση σου ξαναπαίρνει 10 €.Αν το προηγούμενο υπόλοιπο φτάνει για την διαδρομή σου στο επιστρέφει.
Αν όμως χρησιμοποιηθεί έστω και 0,01 € από την τελευταία κατάθεση τα υπόλοιπα μένουν στο πορτοφόλι σαν υπόλοιπο και δεν επιστρέφονται
Όταν σταματάς να χρησιμοποιείς την εφαρμογή και ζητησεις refund του υπολοίπου σου δεν γίνεται !!!!
Θα έπρεπε λοιπόν η χρέωση να γίνεται μετά τη λήξη της διαδρομής και για το ποσό το οποίο χρησιμοποιήσεις και μόνο.

Hello. Be kind please. Since he opened the vehicle and started charging you, everything went smoothly. obviously we say it in the rules of use, the cost is clearly by the time billing method, i.e. per minute of use regardless of the distance you have traveled. like almost all companies of this kind!
