Given the circumstances i’ve added my pizza and put in an order, without checking the location for this app i got it from a different emilios (manchester) rather than my own. so i’ve emailed straight away for a refund because of an accidental purchase hoping to catch before making the pizza. Three days, No reply.

Simply do not use the app! Your order gets put to one side and forgotten about. Other than that it’s a great takeaway!

Registration and ordering was simple enough and that’s where the good points end. Delivery time estimate was 1hr 10 and it finally arrived after just over 3 hours. The order was wrong, there is no contact us section so a refund request would be impossible.
