I'm newly diagnosed. I don't know yet what pains to pay attention to. This app helps me recognize things. And let's me add things. I looked at some other apps and they don't have the same features. The only thing I notice is that the alarm doesn't ring. I have to set my phone alarm to remind me of med time. Also there isn't an option to take a med twice per day but 12 hours apart. I wish it had that. Overall, I like it and use it everyday, while I'm figuring things out.

Loved it initially, but over time…
I really, really wanted to love this app. It’s brilliant for game-ifying the medication taking process—I found myself dragging myself out of bed to take my nightly dose if I forgot when I previously would have thought “It’s one dose, whatever” because I didn’t want to lose my streak. But the app is frustrating to use. First, like someone else mentioned, the weather tracking didn’t work for me. It worked the first day I enabled it, and never again, despite my troubleshooting. I LOVE charts, so this was tragic to not see reflected in the app but it’s fine, not a dealbreaker. The dealbreaker is how laggy everything became. Initially, it worked fine, but over time the calendar page became very slow. Sometimes I would take my medication but not log it in the app that day, so I would go back and do it the next day via the calendar page, except the app would take about 30 seconds to catch up and record me tapping the medicine taken button. Sometimes the pages would lock up and the only solution would be relaunching the app. Relaunching the app, closing every open app on my phone or even restarting my phone wouldn’t help any of this. I really, really wanted an app to remind me of medicine, track symptoms, and record appointments just like period trackers work, but this lag makes me actually dread using the app, so I’m going to be uninstalling. App is great, missing symptom duration function
I really like this app overall, it’s very simple and entering my symptoms is easy. Would love to see an update that allowed us to indicate a duration or time of day for symptoms. I may not have dizziness all day but I’m only logging the highest intensity of a particular symptom for the whole day. It would be great to have an addition where I log the symptom, can provide a duration (1, 2, 3 hours…), and even just something like AM or PM for onset time. I understand having too much granularity can be complex but helpful to track if I’m only spastic in the morning.

Simple and useful
This is a really easy way for me to track my symptoms. I’ve never really enjoyed other tracking apps, for other uses like mood or menstrual cycle tracking, but I really like the interface of this one. I like the reminders because it’s one per day at a reasonable time and the app doesn’t flood my notifications all day. Really simple and does the job :-)

Very helpful for tracking my symptoms
This app has been awesome with tracking my symptoms and the ability to add symptoms to my list as well.
The one request I have is to have the ability to add symptoms as they happen throughout the day versus just as a summary for the whole day. I ask because I wonder if a symptom is continuously triggered more in the afternoon or mornings, etc.
Example:
Headache - high - 11am
Headache - very high - 3p
Thank you for creating this! 😊

Keeps task for me
It is good to document my symptoms everyday while it is fresh on my mind
So helpful
I'm big data geek so I love this app. And the UI is great.
Exactly what I was looking for!!
This app is a blessing. I was perplexed on how to keep track of my many symptoms and this app made it so much easier. Thank you!
Issues with daily temp.
I chose to add temperature to keep track of symptoms that are triggered by weather changes. So far it has only added the temperature for one of my logged days and does not give me the option to have it logged for any of the other days. How can I change this? Otherwise so far the app is decent. I like that I can add my own symptoms to the log as well. Another helpful change would be when it asks you where pain is located it gives the option of left or right but doesn’t give the option of anterior/posterior.

Fabulous Tracking System
This MS symptom tracking app is fabulous!! It’s much easier to use to keep up with daily symptoms than to try to keep a manual log and the medication reminder really comes in handy too!! I’ve been VERY pleased with every aspect of the app and plan to share it with my neurologist so he can share it with other patients.

Helpful, and easy
Since I have been using the app, I have been able to log my symptoms for my Dr. I have health events and I just pick up my phone, log it and when I got to see my Dr. I can just quickly reference what is going on.
Thank you for creating this app.

So useful
This is the most useful of symptom trackers I’ve found HOWEVER their comments are all invisible? As you’re typing? So I have no idea what I’m writing right now I apologize. I think it has something to do with the aesthetic of this site. I might report this problem to the management. Despite this and despite my misspellings I love his app and everything it does

Tracking
I like that I can track my symptoms. When I go to the doctor, I will be able to show him how my MS has progressed.
Review Friday
I can see how my daily symptoms are occurring and how it is affecting my day. Larry
Med reminders
The app is great. However, I did not see an option to set a second reminder for a day if the medication is taken twice daily. Maybe this could be worked on. Thank you.
Like four apps in one!
For the last six weeks, I’ve been tracking my symptoms in one app, journaling in another, creating visual reports with a third, and sometimes tracking location of pain/symptoms in a fourth. This app does all of those at once, and has a really attractive, user-friendly interface! Love that I can also add customized symptoms, and the reports are both visual and thorough!
Emilyn will be so helpful when I see my doctor. I’ll be spending my afternoon adding all my older data. It’s everything I’ve been wanting in one app. Thanks so much!
