Address Update Problems
I tried several times to update my home address but failed. No good.
Session timeout
Application needs improvement as just after logging into app, it timed out. No matter what you do the application tined out. I am not talking about timing out due to inactivity as that would be a security feature but even when we are using app and very inconveniently you receive message that your session timed out out. That is very strange and need to be fixed.

غالبا التطبيق معلق ويخرجك اول ماتدخل واغلب الاوامر لاتنفذ من خلاله وللاسف من فترة نواجه هذه المشكله
Bugs in the App
the app login and kicks you out immediately with a timeout message. Very annoying. I am having to login from my mobile browser.
Logging issues
90% of the time the app won’t let me logged in as it will terminate my session as soon as enter my account for no reason.
Two times to login!
This app needs serious attention as the design is outdated and the functionality of it needs to be user friendly
The Worst Banking App Ever !!
Your Banking App had a problems for more than months and no one cares to fix it
Like you have always to log in many times untill you reach the main screen or log in more that 3 times until you pay an invoice

Outdated and Unreliable App
This app is terrible—no updates in over seven months, crashes constantly, and feels outdated. The gap compared to other banking apps is huge. Developers must fix this.

دائماً التطبيق يعلق تدخل التطبيق وشوي تلقى نفسك خارج وترجع ثاني مره تدخل ويعلق

بعد التحديث الاخير اصبح التطبيق لايعمل سابقاً كان بطى ولان لايعمل !؟

ملاحظات
التطبيق سيء جداً، غالياً ما يسجل خروج مفاجأ أثناء القيام بعملية معينة.
والان ادخل التطبيق ولا اجد قائمة الفواتير الخاصة بي
احاول تعريف البطاقة في بعض التطبيقات ولا تصل رسالة تاكيد التسجيل إلا بعد ساعات فما الفائدة

التطبيق دائماً خارج الخدمة ولا يظهر الحسابات ولا البطايق
Upgrade
It is really slow app need update and make face identification working
The app doesn’t have comprehensive management feature
I would highly recommend allow more features to manage the accounts, other banks makes everything easy to manage
Really poor app for this day and age
Unable to generate e documents like a bank certificate - errors all over. Need to call the bank to activate a beneficiary and when doing this, OTP message is late causing my phone transaction to be cancelled. Poor workflow and UX.

النظام عندكم بطي والهاتف المصرفي فيه تشويش مانسمع ايش تقول الموظفة وكمان تفعيل البطاقة الائتمانية متعب وصعب جدآ اتمنى تطوير النظام عندكم
