Instead of guessing which cryotherapy session might help your sore zones, you paint an interactive frost map marking exactly where you hurt, and the app matches you with the right cold therapy treatment at the right studio. For your first months in the gym, when recovery is mysterious and soreness is everywhere, Emnodel Action removes the confusion by translating your pain directly into targeted cryotherapy sessions designed for those exact zones. Start by painting your frost map on an interactive body diagram. Open My Frost Maps, tap Paint a New Map, and you'll see a full body visualization with Zone Outlines drawn in to guide your brushstrokes. Use the Brush Depth control to dial in how intensely you mark each area—light touch for minor soreness, deep strokes for areas that really ache. The app identifies which zones you've painted, tracking whether you marked your shoulders, lower back, quads, or any other location. Once you've finished painting, you save this map with a timestamp. The app keeps all your historical maps in My Frost Maps view, letting you load past maps back onto the canvas and reuse them for new bookings without repainting everything. When you're ready to book a cryotherapy session, you load a frost map onto the canvas and head into Booking. The Studio Screens show you available facilities, and the Studio Drawer lets you filter by location or explore different studios. The Scope Filter is your precision tool here—you can filter by any format of session available, adjust the Temperature display to your preferred unit, and set your Studio Preferences to lock in favorites. You can clear your filters anytime to see all options. The app then analyzes the available treatments against your painted frost zones, matching them so the most relevant sessions bubble to the top. Browse all treatments to see the full menu, or tap a specific treatment to read its Treatment Detail—duration, intensity, which zones it targets, what to expect during the session. The booking confirmation flow keeps everything transparent. You move through booking the chamber slot, into Session Prep where you review pre-session instructions and what the treatment will do, then Confirm Booking to secure your slot. The app shows you exactly which time slot you're taking and generates review screens so you know what you're about to do. Once booked, your appointment appears in Your Sessions. If plans change, you can Cancel Slot anytime before your appointment. Your Sessions panel shows all your bookings—upcoming treatments and your history. After each session, you can log Session Stamps, which are notes on how your body responded and how your sore zones changed. Found a treatment that worked great? Tap Book This Again to instantly rebook the same session, or select Rebook This Map to load that exact frost map and book another round. The app surfaces your Favorites—studios and treatments you keep returning to—so you don't have to search every time. You can redeem Promo Codes when the studio offers discounts, and you can Ask The Studio directly if you have questions about specific treatments before committing to a booking. Customization lives in Settings. Show Zone Outlines toggles whether you see the anatomical guides on your frost map—useful for precision, but you can turn it off if you prefer a blank canvas. Adjust Brush Depth to change how sensitive the painting tool is. You can set your Temperature display format, Flag A Zone That Will Not Clear if a particular area never seems to improve, and enable Nudge Me Before A Slot so you don't miss your appointment. Match The Format For Me handles auto-formatting your saved maps to work across different studio systems. Keep your preferences or Reset Everything if you want to start completely fresh.
