eMODAT - mobile data collection - the easy way Mobile Forms - a flexible and easy-to-use web-based form solution for delivering forms and data collection on the iPhone or iPad - anywhere in the world. This application allows the user to access the demo forms on the eMODAT Mobile Forms Server. If you have problems accessing the eMODAT server, please contact our support. In the Settings menu, the server URL, username and password can be changed to connect to your eMODAT server.
