Hi, thanks for your feedback. The app is working normally, but the keyboard needs to be enabled first in Your Device settings. Please go to: Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard → Emoji Font Keyboard. If you still have any issues, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help you. 🙂
