About

Emote is a tiny, private space for the people who already get you. No public feed. No follower counts. No performing for an audience. Just a simple question, once in a while: how are you feeling? Pick a mood — happy, chill, drained, excited, anxious, sad, focused, or overwhelmed — add a short note if you want, and share it with your close friends. They can send a private reaction back: a hug, a "same", a "here for you". Then it disappears. Every emote is gone in 24 hours. WHY EMOTE FEELS DIFFERENT • Moods, not posts. A check-in takes two taps and says more than a photo. • Gone tomorrow. Emotes expire after 24 hours, so sharing stays light. • Private by design. Reactions and replies unlock only when you and a friend follow each other. Nothing is public, ever. • Real signals. Reply with a hug, a mood, or a private note — visible only to the two of you. YOUR PEOPLE, YOUR CIRCLES • Keep your circle tiny: mutual follows only. • Create private lists like Close Friends for even smaller audiences. • Open a Couple Space — a private corner for just you and your person, with their moods marked by a heart. YOUR PRIVATE DIARY Your own moods are never lost. Emote keeps them just for you, as a color-filled calendar — a quiet diary of how your days actually felt. Build a check-in streak, look back on any day, and watch the months fill with color. AND THE LITTLE THINGS • A home-screen widget with your current mood and streak. • Gentle daily reminders (only if you want them). • Notifications when a friend reacts or replies. • Beautiful in light and dark. PRIVACY FIRST No ads. No tracking. No analytics SDKs. No selling your data. You can block or report anyone, and delete your account — and everything with it — at any time. Sign in with Apple keeps your email private if you choose. Emote is for feelings, not performances. Check in with the people who already get you.
