Feelings Wheel & Mood Journal
About
What's New in Emotion Hub
2.0
October 15, 2026
Emotion Hub 2.0: logging is free and unlimited, in a new design. • Log as much as you like, free, on iPhone, iPad and Mac — the 10-entry limit is gone. Analytics covers your last 7 days for free; Plus opens 30 days, the last 12 months and all time. • A new look, ink and glass: the only colour comes from the feelings you log, each one a glass marble that glows with how strongly you felt it. • Three steps to an entry — feeling, intensity, details — on a real feelings wheel. What happened, what you thought and what you did are always there, and always optional. • New: note what went with a feeling — work, family, friends, money, the weather and more. • Calmer Analytics: one sentence on how the period felt next to the one before, four cards and highlights you can open. • New in Plus: your year in dots, what goes with your moods, highlights on sleep, body and transitions, and a period summary written on your device by Apple Intelligence. • Apple Health both ways: moods you log in Health or on Apple Watch come into your journal, and stay on the device that brought them in. • New: an Apple Watch app with complications, and Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets (Plus). • New: log with Siri, Shortcuts, Control Center or the Action Button — free. • A sidebar and keyboard shortcuts on iPad and Mac. • Plus can now be bought once, for life: a one-time purchase that never renews. • The redrawn PDF report carries your event, thoughts and behaviour on every entry. • Face ID and Health permission prompts now appear in your language, and in Turkish "Korku Dolu" is now simply "Korku". • Emotion Hub now also speaks German, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese. • Fixes for the passcode lock, the PDF report's last day, late-night sleep and deleting entries on the Mac.
