Extremely Complete and Thorough Resource
I’m an elementary school counselor and I’m so glad I found this. It’s by far the best and most complete dictionary of emotions I’ve ever seen. It’s set up well and is easy to use. It seems like everything on the app is something you can click to lead you to even more content! Every counselor should have this! It’s useful for adults and kids alike.
It will most definitely increase your feelings vocabulary!

Exactly what I’ve been needing
As someone with alexithymia (an inability to identify emotions) figuring out how I feel and therefore how to handle that is very nearly impossible(understanding what others feel and why is even closer to impossible), I’ve looked now and then for feelings charts and apps but they were never quite what I need. This is the first one that I think will be really helpful to me.
