I’ve played this game for like an hour and my head hurts there’s so many buttons you need money for everything. And for how full the game feels there almost nothing to do

Could be better
I’ve been playing this game for a while now and it could definitely be better. There’s a lot of games like this one but with better graphics and gameplay. There’s too much going on and you need to spent way too much money in order to make some progress in the game which is annoying. The graphics aren’t bad but the platform could use an update.

The game is a fun game and I have been playing it for years. The only problem is some time you can’t log into the game. They tell you it is your phone or your connection. Everything else works fine including other apps. Fix the issue and you will get 5 stars.
Scam
I have spent thousands of dollars on this game and have been playing it for years. Now it just stopped working and I can’t log in. It’s a shame because the game is fun and to lose the money you spend is criminal.
Cant recover account
After some three years of playing, i am unable to recover my account and character. Game forces me rto a new server and guest option.

Racist advertising
The ads for this game are disgusting and offensive! Black skin is just as beautiful as any other skin tone. Showing a child getting rejected and having its skin bleached to become more “desirable” is incredibly insulting and insensitive. Educate yourselves please.

Old servers dying.
Great game, but over time the old servers die and the developers don’t open up the servers to new players or combine the servers. Something needs to change to support loyal players and customers.
