Soon, is getting really old with G5. We used to get the monthly updates on the 1st of every month. You are losing long time players because we are tired of this nonsense.
I know I will get just your regular response and to me that means you don’t really have your players best interest at heart. You only want our money.

Horrid recent update
I really don’t like the most recent update to the game. The quests on the left side of the screen have gone, the icon that indicates the daily small baskets has gone, I cannot seem to find what I want any more. I do like the daily lava challenge but that is it. I am not playing as much as I did and am thinking of stopping completely as I find the new layout too confusing and not user friendly

Played this for years but unfortunately the game won’t stay logged on long enough to play anymore keeps crashing so disappointing it’s time someone sorted it out

They go through stages where the puzzles are unsolvable. Don’t if it’s based on how many credit you have or time you have playing.

To update the game on your device: • Close the app and remove it from running in the background. • Open the App Store app. • Select the icon for your account and swipe from the top. Emperor of Mahjong should be on the list of available updates. • Select Update. Please email us at support@g5.com if you need any further assistance.
Monthly updates
I’m having trouble getting monthly updates, it’s 3 or more days before they show up. What can I do. I’ve tried everything I know to do.

Gets very difficult
Lost my enjoyment playing this game. I have reached level 65 which may not be that high but have spent 20 mins trying to clear the same set of tiles, losing any fun I have playing the game. Most likely to uninstall the game
