Purchased and did not receive
I purchased twice and didn't receive anything , and thr price was deducted twice from my itones

Something went wrong with my purchase
I’ve had the game for well over a year now, and it’s really fun. I had finally decided to get a character that I had wanted for awhile now because she’s never available in the shop.
I payed 9.99$ for her, but she isn’t unlocked. I had tried again to see if maybe the money wasn’t accepted, but turns out both payments of 9.99$ were taken, and she’s still not unlocked.
I don’t know what’s going on, but the game seems to be done updating anyway, so maybe there’s a problem with it.
It’s a fun game, but it’s kinda disappointing to not get what I payed for.

Why do I have to spend money for hero’s
I feel like hero’s should be available as I level up and I should be able to use my points to obtain more
