Empire Habits has been a game changer for me. I love that it feels encouraging instead of guilt driven, and the city building theme makes tracking habits actually fun. Since using it, I’ve been better about staying calm with my kids. It’s simple, positive, and actually works in real life. I can’t recommend it enough if you want to build better habits!
