Easy to use
There is of course learning curve. It’s like performing arthroscope. But once you get used to it, it’s very easy and quick. 100% easy. I guaranteed. Remember there is learning curve for all new technology.
Difficulty using camera
I have an issue with the app only using the front camera, patients get uncomfortable seeing themselves in the cameras view. The camera is also mirrored, when I try to scan feet it’s very difficult due to the mirrored setting. I feel they will be easier to use the app and much more efficient if I can adjust the camera settings to my preference at my office location. Well, I would like to see as an option to use either the front camera or the back camera and an option to mirror the camera or not. This has been an ongoing issue for the past month since we started using this program.
