Desperate for cash
This game company is so desperate for cash. There are so many advertisements for deals in game that it gets in the way of the Home Screen. Like WTF? Plus majority of the reviews are fake as hell.

I love this game. I find that once you’re up to a certain level and power it becomes really enjoyable. I now love that your summons are a free event summon every few days I like that a lot. I have a recommendation though for your game. I think it would be a great idea if for when you put offers out, you should add an offer where someone pays to just get a legendary hero, or an offer just for maybe £10 or whatever to select a hero of their choice. I think this would be a great thing for your game and can get people to finally get a Legendary. Thank you. I’d love if this was made a factor.

This game has been a steady 4.7 rating for years, and that’s not suspicious at all considering how many low ratings and player complaints the game got. Most players leave this game after realizing how rigged the tile RNG is for pvp vs events (you can tell quickly how rigged it is because of how imbalanced the game is). After years of playing, my experiences with small giant the developer has been nothing but negative. They refuse to refund you for their game glitches and mistakes. Expect a game that only chases whales and doesn’t care about game quality of life or balance. Never spend on this game.

Lots of ads built around game. Occasionally, you can get good “items” from a video once in a blue moon. Good rewards for gambling type reinforcement. Half of the ads can be closed after a minute or two, and half of the other ads don’t let you exit out of them. Only option is link to downloads and the video gets locked in an endless loop. Game organized mainly around options for buying upgrades.

Rigged Game
This game is utter BS. You have have a team that’s magnitudes stronger than someone else, but somehow, if they have one special character on their team (that they probably paid for), you’ll lose. Constantly. It’s not fun when one character can beat a team that’s significantly stronger than everyone, including that one character. But somehow, they think that characters that can do 500% damage are “balanced”. Bollocks.

How are there so many positive reviews on this?! Boring as all get out. You have to exit out of 10 offers when you log in before playing. No rhyme or reason for anything.

NO AI SLOP
The new chili pepper veg character looks suspiciously AI-designed. I have played and loved this game for 7 years now but E&P is going to be using AI to design new characters instead of paying human designers to create the beautiful art that had made so many of us fall in love with this game, I am OUT. The gorgeous character design is the most special thing this game has going for it - if you lose that to AI slop, you are going to lose sooooooo many players who refuse to support AI slop at the expense of people and the planet. Many of us have discussed this. #NoAI

On to region 4 (not far at all for the game) and already at a hard lock where I have to wait for hours to get minimum resources, maxed my base as well. Used all resource bundles to overhaul heroes to max lvl and ascend. Funny thing that made zero difference. It’s like raid with puzzles except one legendary hero lvl 1 will wipe max level of any lower star level for perspective in raids. It feels like a cash grab, pump more money in to progress past your extremely slow and time consuming resource production.

It’s one of those games where they have the advertised gameplay in for a small moment that covers the city building trope for microtransactions. It’s really pathetic how these games are allowed to exist, even on iPhone.

I’ve been playing for a few years. Spent some money but not gone mad. I was happy to pay £10 per month to unlock more challenge rewards. Recently it has gone silly. I’m regularly beaten by teams 1000 points weaker than mine. You can tell the suppression of my team’s mana and impact. I’m not going to spend money when it’s so loaded.
