Many useless rewards, progress is fleeting
This game is fun enough at first, even though it is constantly bombarding you with ads. It seems to be trying to get you to pay real money for in-game things that aren‘t that valuable and aren‘t a sure thing. So even if you wanted to pay real money for in-game stuff, all the deals are gyps. And it‘s constantly throwing new overpowered foes at you, why your ability to get good characters is severely limited.

Don’t play for Fetch points. They create a lot of bonus for reach level but never let you get them even you reached. So scam and waste time
Save you money
Simply do not get hooked on paying for this game. Heroes are exponentially stronger every week so if you get hooked, and pay to play, you will pay forever. Been playing for over 7 years, I’ve paid to play, then tried what the developers claim is possible, did not pay to play, and let me tell ya, it is impossible to keep up, unless you quit your day job and dedicate every minute of the day to the repetitive stages of the game. There’s nothing fun if you’re not paying, if you are paying, you’ll shall pay forever otherwise you’re irrelevant. Be warned, do not pay.

Zynga started ruining what was a good Small Giant game in 2019 and haven’t stopped. Clearly player volume is WAY down and desperate for $, they now screw the algorithms to make you pay to play. All they’ll succeed in doing is chasing everyone else away. Good job.
Borderline unplayable
There are so many ads on the screen when I try to play it, I can almost not touch the screen where I need to collect things on the little town. This game is about selling stuff, not making a usable game.

The game is fun just rigged. I’ve been playing this game over two years and invested a lot of money. I hardly ever get legendary summons, even after spending lots and lots of money. I never get the items I need to ascend my characters, unless I purchase them. I mostly lose in raid battles and other battles cause the game cheats me. Whichever color, or colors I don’t have, usually be the most tiles on my board. If you play this game, please don’t invest, cause it’s a money pit

This game is broken
I’ve been playing this game from almost day one, and it has gotten so much worse. The support always comes up with the same answer, to take a screen shot of the event, which is not possible as the event passed. I asked to contact a live person, which got me a reply this is a live person named Momo, then proceeded to answer the issue with a bunch of content that didn’t even come close to relating anything to my issue. Then I see on the bottom “…powered by ai”. That’s the only content that makes sense. Also so many issues with their algorithms. This game gives me more frustrations than enjoyment now.

Fun game,
Loved the game till I couldn’t see the screen
Every time I go to the home base I get 5 ads I need to click off and now ether side of my screen has two rows of ads you can’t turn off, I can’t even harvest my iron and food anymore, had to put my storages ether side and keep the clickables in the middle, it’s a joke and makes you want to quit the game rather than spend money like you thought it would work

Glad I found it again
Had this game a long time ago on a old phone and for years couldn’t find it, found it again and already almost level 10 after a week of playing, glad I found it

This game would be so much better if it was actually balanced and not PAY 2 WIN!!!!! I spent a good amount on money this game so I know in order to thrive in anything outside the campaign you’ll need to be a money cow.
PvP is utterly trash. The amount of games where I am forced to repeatedly attack where I don’t want to because it’s the ONLY combo I can have happens to frequently. This causes there troops to get mana extremely fast whereas my troops literally are under 50%. I’ve had teams use their specials 2 to 3 times before I can get mine. I had to delete this trash as there were plenty of chances to make balance changes to the gem board but all they care about is taking our money. New deals weekly yet can’t fix the main game to have a more balanced experience? Utterly trash and lazy. Only people that truly like this game are ones that spent tons of money or ones who literally only play campaign. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone till they make some changes.
