SORRY!
The website is a huge mess and this app sucks ! Always trouble logging in, tells me I need to update my info on the website yet never lets me do so ! Whoever structured this app needs to be replaced !
Can't get far enough to make an in-depth review.
I work for a state VR agency. As of November 2025, the website is useable with screenreaders but has some issues that make it a bit less intuitive and make certain surveys very hard to complete. I had a couple of clients try the app because sometimes things are just batched differenty and that can make just enough of a difference. I haven't gotten past the loading screen on my iPhone 16 pro and my client with an older iPhone has gone through the registration process twice just for ′the app to say "processing" until it refreshes, once for over an hour. If you want to try the appp, I recommend setting up your account on the website first.

i usually enjoy this app butttt
with the recent ui update they completely broke the “search for jobs” search bar everytime i click it completely crashes my app this needs to be fixed asap
Highly unusable.
The way it takes years to load me in and it doesn’t work when I go to job search. The app doesn’t help you with this problem either. It’s a constant loophole preventing you from reaching your end goal. I would like for a representative or someone to please correct this app and reach out to the communities this problem is affecting.

App is Seriously Flawed!
First of all, you cannot enlarge page, and the print is very small for those who wear glasses.
Second, when attempting to view a job, taping VIEW TAB DOES NOT WORK! How can anyone apply for a job if your application is barely functional.
Your so called app needs a complete over haul ASAP, as you are preventing people from finding employment.
Do the right and and get this app working and make as user friendly and FUNCTIONAL ASAP!
