Constant errors and no support
This just doesn't work smoothly. One week the payroll function works, next it doesn't and I'm scrambling to manually look up hours for payroll. Some people show up in payroll and for some it creates time sheets for every shift that I need to manually approve, even though all employees are set up the same. I cannot toggle off an integration I no longer want to use. Support "live chat" is never live and responses are so delayed. These are just a few of the issues I've encountered using this product.

This app can benefit people struggling with their employees’ time management. Also, beneficial for businesses that outsource, manage employees abroad, and deploy tasks to employees working from home. iOS launch would be incredibly beneficial as a massive chunk of the user base is Apple users. Yet to explore a glitch but let’s see how things work out.
