I have been using this for awhile now. I used to have 5 staff reporting to me. I now have 12. I am a nursing manager so there are many moving parts and a lot to keep track of. You need this software!

Not Working....
Attempted to add new employee and the app crashes. Tried several times to add with same result. Have had the app and use daily since launched and would really like to be able to continue to use. Please Fix.....
I wish it worked
I've used this before in the past and recently redownloaded it on my newer 5se. I'm not sure why I deleted it in the past at the moment, could be related to this. This time as soon as I opened the app and went to add an employee it crashed. Close all apps and a hard reset, the same thing kept happening several more times before I came here. I don't know about you, but I don't have time to waste on something I can't rely on. Good idea, but I'll be moving on from here.

I've used the app for over two years and it has gotten better and better.

I would highly recommend this for managers that work over several sites or departments. It's perfect too if you need to evidence your own achievements / successes and challenges faced when having your own review!

This is a great App
This app is very simple to use, yet I can customize it to fit my needs. I use it to track staff at work volunteers in my volunteer activities. I've tried some of the other employee tracking Apps but they aren't as intuitive as this is. Thanks!

I used this app when I was a manager. I then switched careers and became an Instructor and deleted this app.
I was searching for an app to track skills of my students on a daily basis. I had trouble finding one, then remembered this app, which I now use.
It is very adapts le to make it do what you want to do, highly recommend it.

Is not a GPS tracker
This is not a tracker, a cheap crm that is not worth it $12.99 is way over priced

This app helps me keep track who is having problems in what areas. Then we can set goals to correct them. I also let the employees know that these problems were being kept track of as part of our ISO record keeping and quality improvement program.

I have been searching for something like this for years. The biggest benefit is I have the ability to personalize almost everything to fit my needs and my company's vernacular. Don't tell anyone, but this app is worth triple the price!

Best Evaluation App Out There
I've tried other apps for my work but this one by far is the best. It's visually beautiful and runs smooth. The one thing that would be icing on the cake would be if it could automatically sync any changes you make to Dropbox. But honestly that's the only downside to the app. Amazing!!

No complaints, this app is good for anyone who wants to keep track of their employees... I only wish that there was an option to have the ability to send a txt message blast instead of email. Most people use cell phones and it's easier to send a txt than an email sometimes. Other than that it would be nicer if reports looked a little nicer rather than plain txt...

Time Consuming
You basically have to build the database yourself! This is way too time consuming and not beneficial at all. I want my money back!
Couldn't ask for Better!
I am a work at home Operations Supervisor for a major company call center. I have 22 agents on my team that require continual supervision for various reasons such as performance merit tracking, personal agent situations, and violated work infractions. This app is the perfect open playing field that allows the user to create anything required to better perform your job duties, but also be able to reward or record challenging conversations for record when needed. The photo option addition, along with the email makes this the perfect all around tool for my needs.
This is a MUST for any person who needs an easy to use organizational tool for tracking your employee behaviors.

Import from lite version didn't work
I can't seem to import from the lite version. I follow the instructions and it seems to work but it doesn't show up on the pro app. Also would like to see the addition of keeping up with what tasks current employees are working on and then assigning points
