It just doesn’t do what it claims
As of the 6th April 2025 it’s stopped working all the things it claimed to do in the advertisement are false I’ve reported to bright pay and my employer who in turn have reported without any response on fixing their service I’ve only given 1 star review so as to activate the submit button my true review is -5 star as the saying goes (buyer be warned)

A bit buggy
Not always reliable, now has lost the ability to download print or in fact do anything with payslips. Not much good.

Loved me out randomly and won’t let me log back in never had any problem with other apps like this
Startup Failed
Can’t access the app….Startup Failed is showing. Retried many times but not working. Please advise/fix

At the moment not impressed downloaded the app won't send the invitation email, uninstalled it still not working!!!
No longer sends app notification
This app has always sent an app notification when payslip is available and stopped suddenly a few months ago for many of our staff!
Even tried uninstalling and re installed and that didn’t help, notifications for the app in settings all activated.
Reached out to Brightpay support and weren’t much help at all just advised they have no reported issues at their end, despite explaining this is not just an isolated case and is the same for many users!

Home screen dont have any information on the screen just clear screen.
Calendar as well can't see nothing when i got off can't see any date on it all whot i can do is book a holiday pressing the plus in the top right corner.
As well my details don't see nothing but can change it using the pen in the top right corner on the screen.
As well long loading
Only one reason why i can do that check my payslips and some hr documents

Useless
For me to use the app it actually has to open instead of blaming my Internet for it’s developer’s incompetence.
Log out
Ok so still no log out not very secure will now de select the app not on my phone. Not very good and certainly not secure…
Needs a Log out
Just started using it, but it isn’t possible to log out of the app. Not very secure if someone gets into my phone. No Face ID required, or passcode or password to use. Really needs sorting out.

Calendar
Leave calendar has all of a sudden disappeared from my app and some of my colleague’s apps also. No explanation as to why.

Fantastic app
Been using it for 7 months now and it is great. Everything I need is in one place and accessible on the go 24/7. Really handy!
Support 5* App 5*
Been using for over a year as my company moved to them for wages, thought I couldn’t log out and was going to give it 1* for lack of reasonable security BUT thought to try contacting support first AND a very efficient lady named Debbie emailed me a reply within 12 hours or so and explained I just needed to swipe the blue man on top right of screen to the left = logged out!
Next time needs email & password and Apple password manager is just a tap away!
All wage slips now accessible, P60 accessible P11D accessible, Holidays taken & days owed accessible in the calendar in the App! What’s not to ❤️?

Slow
App is great to see things but takes ages to open sometimes I have to restart the app and doesn’t have touch or Face ID in this day and age especially as it’s all my information on my wages. Loads of room to improve developers please
Download does not work on iPad
The download / share sheet functionality does not work on iPad, though it does on iPhone.
Tidy and informative
A stylish way of accessing your payslips and submitting holiday requests. Would be better if you could swipe dates on the calendar for holiday selections.
