I am using an IPhone 16Max Pro and this smart app isn’t useful at all.
The software appears to be for desktop version only. Impossible to navigate as a mobile app.

Super Easy to Use on the Go!
The mobile site is so smooth and easy to navigate. Everything loads quickly, and it’s really simple to find what I’m looking for without having to pinch and zoom. The layout looks great on my phone, and it feels like it was made for scrolling on the go. Definitely makes browsing a breeze!

Great user experience
The new mobile experience is awesome. I used it this past year for my open enrollment of our companies benefits renewal. It stores my insurance cards and I use it anytime I go to the dentist or to my health insurance provider. The recently updated the user interface as well; very sleek and easy to use design. Better than our previous providers mobile application. I highly recommend

Great new App! I love the new app. The design is clean, navigation is intuitive, and it puts everything—paychecks, documents, onboarding, and benefits enrollment—right at employees’ fingertips. It’s a huge step forward for employee self-service. Well done!

I have never worked for an organization that allowed me to look at all of my payroll information and employee benefits in one place. I especially like the feature that notifies me that I have been paid. This past week I went to the Dr.s office and was even able to access my insurance card information from it.

HR Made Easy
The app is a game-changer! Approving PTO, updating employee info, or checking balances has never been easier. It’s like having my own personal HR assistant, minus the small talk. Perfect for staying on top of things and looking like a pro!

New upgrades
Just installed the latest upgrades, I love the new look, feel and how user friendly it is. Gives me all the additional pay and benefit information that was missing from the older version. Thank you!
Reworked version
I got an email about the new updated app that just came out today. After through investigation, I was able to access everything that I would on the browser. Gotta say having this app is nice. Great work guys
Updated app is AWESOME
The updated visuals for the day to day information like paystubs and benefits are great! I’m excited to use the app for the newest features, specifically open enrollment and PTO requests.
Quick & Easy
New app is pretty easy and straightforward in accessing paychecks, benefits and HR docs.
Completely Redesigned
This app went from the dark ages to a new and fresh design. I can get my W-2s right away. The benefits tab even shows the full plan design. The best part is that I can choose benefits selections in the app for open enrollment. I love it!
Employer Flexable app is not customer focused
It’s easy to see that this company doesn’t use their own app. All medical cards do not show (they recently populated vision and dental after a year but medical is not there). You can’t use in portrait mode, only landscape as back buttons won’t work. Clunker is how I’d describe it. Also, no facial recognition for login. Poorly designed.
