Keeps telling me over and over and over that I have expired training when I don’t. Empower will constantly harass you by sending emails claiming training is expired, when in fact it isn’t.

Total waste of my valuable time. Supposed to a 30min indoc and here i am,3 hrs later. Wont bring me back to where i left off, and if it did, it sent me back to the start.. constantly crashing before the end of the module, cant take end quizzes as it crashes. I need this stupid piece of paper that a 3rd party claims im safe so i can go to work…the only
One i managed to complete didnt show up when prime contractor was looking for proof. When a mod was complete and i clicked next, guess what, i had to do the same one OVER again. Thats a cool story.
Just stick to the desktop, not everyone is a phone addict nor enjoys doing stuff like this on their palm slave overloard.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have completed training 4 times for the same site and every time it loses the fact it’s been completed. Then I don’t exist. Then I do. Then I don’t. A complete waste of time.

I had to watch every video in my training module multiple times. When I started my test at the end I went through multiple times and it kept changing my answers and at the very end it wouldn’t even let me submit it.
