Worst experience
I’ve been having ongoing issues with the Emprevo app on iPhone. The app really needs an update. When I pick up a shift, it sometimes gets automatically cancelled without any explanation. I also receive shift notifications very late, android users gets notifications so fast compared to iOS, which makes it hard to respond in time. These bugs are affecting my ability to use the app reliably. I hope the developers can address these problems soon, as the platform is very useful when it works properly.

Password Issue
It logs out automatically and shows session expired notification for no reason. Then asks to input the password again. When it happens, it keeps happening for a day or two. That doesn’t help.

This app is so horrible. Its very slow. I hate it.

I have had so many problems with this app it’s not funny I agree with that person that wrote about the app a year ago being a new use to this app, it’s just not good need improvement and updates just do the right thing by your users
More functionality
It’s not a bad app, could have more functionality in it, however one better thing is if there could be an iPad version.

Whenever I try to log in, it crashes.

I contact the customer service as they advised me to delete the app and download again but when I enter my password it’s keep crashing and I am using web check in for shifts.I reset my phone and download the latest version of IOS but nothing works out.

This App is useless and doesn’t function properly .
4 digit PIN code doesn’t save and I’m not receiving any job notifications. I’m using latest iOS version for iPhone and tried reinstalling several times but makes no difference. It’s useless and I’m missing out on shifts. Surely there could be an update to fix it.

Not user friendly
Takes way too long to enter your availability, and continually prompts you to re-enter your passcode. I’ve been asked to re-enter my passcode at least a dozen times in the last 10 minutes while using the app. Needs to have a recurring availability function so you don’t have to keep inputting it every fortnight.
Also would be great to have an undo button for when you accidentally pick up the wrong shift, even if there is a time limit to undo like 30 seconds or something. The reality is that if you want to pick up a good shift, you do not have time to read shift details, otherwise you will miss out altogether. That’s why having an undo function is so vital. The chances of picking up the wrong shift are extremely high.
