No Face ID.
Every time have to put my information into the app. Even though I select safe info and enable Face ID. Then have to verify it’s me via msg,even though I have enabled to safe information and login. Such a pain.

Not worth your time trying to figure out how it works do yourself sone good and just switch banks
No Touch/Face ID
This along with the regular Emprise Bank software is brutal. So hard to log on I think I’m going to switch banks.
