Banking App needs improvement
Pending entries on the app aren’t clearly labeled as withdraws or deposits. It would be helpful if they were differentiated like they are after they have cleared.

Freezing and unusable.
App is consistently freezing on the dashboard. IOS 26.2 IPad Pro 12.9 5th gen.

I’ve belonged to the Emprise banking system since 1986. Needless to say we’ve had a multitude of business transactions with them and they have all been pleasant! They have a unique style and way of making you feel like a part of something really important. Other than charging a 10$ service fee for my original account from 1986 I have no complaints only compliments! Thank you Emprise for being my forever bank!

Emprise Bank app
This app seems to work very well. I have been using it for probably 5 years and have rarely (as in I don’t recall any) had any problems outside of the few times they shutdown for upgrades. Very good app!
Bug Issue
There has been a bug issue with this app for MONTHS! I cannot see any of my account activity. I called in early May after several weeks of issues and they assured me it would be resolved soon. Finally deleted the app and added the website to my phone which I don’t love. We’re almost to 3 months and I just redownloaded, still can’t see my account activity….

Recent change
Prior to last update I could scroll back through my accounts and see debits and credits as they posted. Now I have to narrow the search and anything that is beyond the first load doesn’t have the account balance only the transaction. Very frustrating.
So functional. A step above the rest.
I work with people everyday who need access to their bank account for things like balances and account #s, and I tell them you need to try out Emprise Bank because you absolutely will not have this much trouble! One of the things I appreciate is that because you are logged into your account, your account numbers are NOT hiddeN as if they are supposed to be some secret to you. The two factor security with biometric option is all you need. Many banks make it really difficult to see simple things like statements, check images, and even just the account number. You can literally do everything in the Emprise App.
