Not working

Have downloaded the app and configured it. But after that nothing is loading. I ach and every option is not loading it’ll at all

Worst App Ever seen

“I redeemed a 1500 voucher on Flipkart but never received the confirmation email. I contacted Emplus customer support, clearly explained the issue, but they only sent automated responses without any real solution. They finally advised me to log in to the Emplus app, where I can’t access my account using either my credentials or mobile number. With no proper response from the support team, this has been a totally frustrating experience with a poorly designed app—I’ve suggested my company cancel the agreement.”

It’s been a month still my issue not resolved
Just receiving an automated email instead.

Unable to login

Worst experience ever. I’ve tried to login, but none of the credentials works. App says otp sent, but not receiving any otps. When i tried logging in with email, it shows invalid credentials. I tried logging in with same credentials, it works in email. Two thumbs down

Fixed login in on iOS 17 quickly

When trying to login on iOS 17, the “Redirect to Empuls” button that appears after signing in was taking you to the app in the App Store, not the app proper. As a result, logging into the app was impossible. Two days after raising this issue, it was resolved. Hopefully, this is a sign of how quickly the app and service will be improved under its new ownership.

Can’t login in on iOS 17

When trying to login on iOS 17, the “Redirect to Empuls” button that appears after signing in takes you to the app in the App Store, not the app proper. As a result, the app is basically useless. Needs to be able to sign in from inside the app directly.

Works fine on earlier versions of iOS.

Review

Empuls is the best platform for running employee RnR. What distinguishes it is the social engagement that occurs when an employee is rewarded in front of his or her peers. The mobile app also notify the team about any new appreciation or reward post.
