这辈子最差的快递体验，不是录取通知书，一定不会用邮政的，同一个单号，一会儿查有，一会儿又显示没有这个快递，并且一直加载不出来，客服解释系统升级，一直都在升级嘛，真的搞不懂，搞不了快递就不搞，为什么要消磨别人的耐心，真的忍不了一点

邮政你小程序也垃圾的要死不是网络错误就是加载不出来，到底想干什么！！！下载了软件卡这半天进不去，又是想干什么。真是没见过这么莫名其妙的软件。花点时间修复吧呵呵真的是好笑

堪称一坨屎，跟客服咨询但凡不小心退出了，能卡你一年，回去还不能重新开始对话，就在那重连，一直重连，然后在对话复制个东西更是灾难

These China companies must be running scams. I too have not received my package. Can’t get a refund because it says it was delivered. Website is not in English. I used a translation app, finally found customer support, but you need to log in to talk to them. Log in to send customer service a message, seriously!!! Can’t find where to sign up. From the other reviews I’m not the only one. SCAM!!!!!!!!

从客服到快递员一样的奇葩，拽得跟什么一样，客服只会糊弄不解决问题，说有人会再来联系然后就没信了，不仅不解决问题服务态度还很差，快递员一会说快递被退回了一会又不知道，打几个电话完全不接中间接了一个不说话不出声然后再打又继续不接，以后非必要都会避雷这个快递，恶心得要死

If you’re here then you’ve most likely either lost a package, got scammed or can’t track it because for those fools. Don’t waste your time downloading this bloated ugly app unless you understand the native language or have some kind of translation app.
Even then navigating this bootleg of an app to find your package information is awful
