Useless App Can never log in

I can access the online portal no problem but app always says invalid user. Waste of time.

Doesn’t recognise any log in, no way to change anything, I put my online log in details that I use with no problem in my browser, but it just says incorrect, no way to change on app ???? why not, useless, has been ever since it came out.
