Charge without the service
Charged for the premium lifetime subscription, but I’m still getting the trial version. There is no one to contact, and I can’t get a refund. How do I solve this fraudulent activity?
Charged for full premium access but did not get it
Purchased and charged for premium life time access but was not working or giving me full access.. even after I deleted and redownloaded it. Support does not work, and the only thing I can do is just dispute the transaction and hope I get the money back.
Not working
Purchased the lifetime access and nothing is unlocking.
Broken app
I payed to have all the premium features but even after purchasing I am not able to use those perks.
Premium does not work
I purchased the premium version. The App has not unlocked the content. I was unable to contact the provider for assistance as that link does not work.

i didn’t want to do it this way but the report a problem button is not working. I purchased the lifetime membership and none of the premium features are unlocked.
