Problemas de acesso e funcionamento do aplicativo EMTN Tull

Boa tarde, estou enfrentando problemas no aplicativo EMTN Tull há cerca de duas semanas. Não consigo cadastrar pacientes (nem como desconhecido), pois a tela não avança após inserir idade, sexo e raça. Após reinstalar o app, também fiquei sem acesso ao meu cadastro: não consigo recuperar senha nem criar nova conta. Ressalto que os pagamentos estão em dia. Peço suporte para regularização do acesso.
