Worst app
Worst app I have ever seen. Cannot even login because every time I enter the OTP it state invalid OTP.(the OTP are being auto filled)

The worst service
There is no customer care service e Mudra telecallers could pick the call when they are free ? U can call them from morning to evening but no one answer u from other side .. can’t speak to senior person or no any other communication ..they will continuously reject ur video recording & KYC documents without reason .. they get their money at the application time itself they sit back & relax .. you won’t get digital signature certificate.. woooah digital smiling at u

Good but a bug
While doing pan based paperless dsc, in video verification which is not asking for showing address, identity proofs.
Crashes crashes and more crashes
Has to be one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Instructions are not updated. My video verification got rejected for not showing PAN. Nowhere does it say that I need to show the pan on the app while doing it. Pathetic.
Auto shutting
From 22/10/3019 app is auto shutting... after filling all details as we proceed to validate the app closes on it own. Please fix it
Far too many problems in trying to use this app. Extremely frustrating!

Video recording does not work
Video recording submit (proceed) button not working
Video recording freezes after few seconds, though counter continues; then the proceed button doesn’t work.
