支払い期日

何回予約しても支払い期日が過ぎている案内メールしか届かない。どうやって支払いすれば良いのか分かりません。20時に予約したのに何時間も前の17時までに支払い期限になってしまう。

飛行機の日付けと区間を設定して検索すると、安い金額が掲載してあるが、おっ！と思い、いざとクリックすると、他のサイトとほぼ変わらない。
ないなら、ちゃんとした金額を掲載すべき

国内宿泊は対象外

アプリをダウンロードすれば割引と記載されていましたが、実際はメルマガ登録した人にだけ割引コードが配布されるので、タイミングが合った時だけ割引になると言われました。もう少しわかりやすく説明を記載していただきたかったとお話ししたら、そもそも国内宿泊は割引の対象外だそうです。ご注意下さい。
問い合わせには真摯に対応していただきました。
しかし、無駄なアプリをダウンロードしてしまった事に不安を感じたのは否定できません。
